I didn’t know I needed hot honey in my life until I tried this one. The Halifax Honey Company nailed it – sweet Canadian honey with the perfect kick of heat.
I drizzled it over some popcorn chicken and it instantly turned simple takeout into a WOW moment. Then I tried it on homemade ribs… let’s just say they didn’t last long. This stuff makes everything taste next-level.
I love that it’s fully Canadian-made and easy to find at Sobeys (and now Amazon too!). It feels good supporting something local, but honestly, I’d buy it just for the taste alone.
If you’re into that sweet-and-spicy combo, this bottle will live on your kitchen counter, not in the cupboard. Just drizzle it – you’ll get it once you taste it.

I’ve been using Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen lately, and honestly, it’s quickly become a staple in my skincare routine—especially for outdoor days. What first got my attention was the packaging (yes, I’m that person who appreciates smart design). The bottle changes color when exposed to UV light, which is not only cool but also a great reminder to reapply.
It offers broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection, and it’s gentle enough for my sensitive skin. I like that it dries clear after a few minutes—no greasy or ghostly finish. I also appreciate that it’s described as reef-friendly, since it doesn’t contain Oxybenzone or Octinoxate. That’s a big win for me, especially when I’m headed to the beach or planning to swim.
Another thing I love is that it doesn’t have that overpowering “sunscreen smell,” and it doesn’t irritate my skin at all. I apply it to dry skin before going out, and it wears well under makeup or on its own.
If you’re looking for a sunscreen that’s effective, gentle, and eco-conscious, I’d definitely recommend giving Blue Lizard a try. It’s one of those rare sunscreens that I actually look forward to using.

Do it right the first time! Use Water Wipes. They’re great for sensitive skin, and are 99.9% water (with a drop of fruit and berry extract to help naturally cleanse)! They’re great at making the boogie battle more comfortable for your child and for you. Trust me, I’m done going into the wrestling ring with a tissue on my team. 😆

This cream comes in a gorgeous, fancy jar that looks super chic on any vanity. It's like a little piece of skincare art.
Texture and Scent:
The texture is a dream—rich and velvety, and it sinks into the skin without any greasy mess. But, oh lawd, the scent! It reminded me of an old-fashioned perfume from a vintage boutique combined with a vegetable patch gone wrong —definitely not my cup of tea. If you prefer subtler scents, take a whiff before committing.
Application and Efficacy:
Ignoring the scent (if you can), applying the cream feels luxurious. It glides on smoothly and you only need a little to cover a lot of skin.
I’ve only used the cream for a week, so I haven’t noticed any major changes in cellulite yet. But my skin does feel softer and more hydrated. Too early to tell if it will deliver on all its promises, but so far, so good.
Ingredients:
Packed with natural goodies, especially artichoke extract for detoxifying and firming. Plus, no harsh chemicals, so it’s great for sensitive skin.
