I love coconut in general but I don't know why but I was sceptical about eating these cookies. So I opened the package and took a cookie to try well that first bite was very delicious. I ended up eating more than just that one.

This helps keep my skin from being so dry. I love how since it is cocoa butter it smells like chocolate. And it's a good price too. It also doesn't leave my skin greasey like some other lotions I've tried.

These bars give you a good amount of protien and fiber. This is a chocolate bar. I eat one a day and it helps me stay regular in the bathroom. It tastes very good.
