I got a sample of this with a large container of Vaseline I bought. Vaseline is one of my go-to moisturizers for my lips during the cold winter months. This little compact container is perfect as it's easy to put in my purse and take on-the-go, not to mention it's specially made for my lips. I find this formula stickier than regular Vaseline. The stickiness goes away fast but it lingers for a few moments. This also comes in original, which is virtually scent free and Cocoa Butter, which smells delicious. I don't need to keep reapplying constantly, which I like.This little container lasts a lot longer than I expected. -

I own a variety of EOS balms. They are cute and compact, which makes them great to throw in my purse. I also have a few lying around the house for when my lips feel dry. There are a variety of "flavour" options to choose form, all of which smell good. I do find I prefer some, even finding that they last longer on my lips. My preferred lip balms come from the "Visibly Soft Lip Balm" collection, which are distinguishable by the white lines on the case. These have a mild waxy feel but don't feel heavy on my lips. The Cool Mint one leaves a cool sensation on my lips that I don't really enjoy. -

I've even found it at the dollar store near my house before- in fact, this is where I bought it the first time I tried it. The smell is soft without being perfumey; it has more of a natural smell. -

I got a pack of these at Wal Mart for under $2. The box contains eight individually wrapped granola bars, making them easy to grab on-the-go. The granola bar is chewy with a mild crunch coming from the oats. The main base of the bar is made of rolled oats come together with sticky honey. The bar has a twist of shredded coconut added to it, which is enjoyable. This adds a sweet hint of coconut as well as a unique texture. There are a few mini chocolate chips spread throughout the bar, though not as many as with other name brand products. The price of this product is cheaper than other name brand products but it is equally delicious.
Each bar is 110 calories and contains a bit of fibre, calcium, and iron.

This is my all-time favourite naan bread. I purchase a pack from Wal Mart for around $2, each containing five semi thick slices of garlicky bread. The bread itself is soft and chewy. It absorbs sauces well. The pack gives the option of putting the bread in the oven for a fresh feel. Personally I like putting mine in until it becomes hard as cracker- it's simply delicious. The bread has a mild garlic taste that comes through in every bite. This can also be used to make sandwiches. I plan on continuing to eat this weekly with my meals. -

I got a pack of these from my local Laura Secord store. These rice crispy squares are decadent and double chocolate, for all the chocolate lovers out there. I couldn't believe it was only 100 calories per square because it's so rich and satisfying. Each rice crispy square is made up of cocoa crispies on the bottom with a thick drizzling of top-quality milk chocolate on top. This is exactly what I expected from the Laura Secord brand. Great quality. I'll keep buying these. -

I bought this soup from my local Valumart. Each box contains 500 mL of soup, which I found was an adequate portion to serve me alone- along with some veggies and yogurt- for lunch. This is easy to make in that all one has to do is heat it for a few minutes on the stove top.
The soup contains chunks of cubed white chicken and an adequate amount of brown rice, which tends to sink to the bottom of the soup. The broth, surprisingly, has a strong vegetable broth taste. There are minimal pieces of celery, carrot, and pepper which add a nice textural and taste element to the soup. I do wish there were a few more pieces. The soup contains a high amount of fibre and is 100 calories per serving (250 mL). It doesn't taste like homemade soup but it's good for a quick lunch idea.

I found this at Wal Mart for $2.99 because I price matched. The pack comes with four containers of yogurt. This is a limited edition offer, which is made clear at the top of the container. Each container is only 90 calories.
The Greek yogurt is semi-thick and creamy. The yogurt is pre-mixed so it is orange in colour, giving a pumpkin pie feel. It combines the taste of pumpkin and cinnamon. The flavour reminds me a tangy pumpkie pie.
I also enjoy freezing my yogurt and taking them out 1 1/2 hours before I'm ready to eat it. With this flavour, however, it diminishes the taste of the pumpkin spice when it is frozen, so I don't recommend it.

I purchased a container of this tuna from Wal Mart on sale for $1. Each can is 85 grams, which is enough for one person for lunch. This is one of my favourite Clover Leaf Light Tuna flavous- and there are plenty to choose from, most of which are delicious. The tuna is light and flakey. It is easy to break up with a fork. There is a tomato paste spread throughout the tuna and there are small pieces of onion. I can also taste a mild garlic and paprika flavour. This reminds me of the Lebanese flavouring of spices used in their meat pastries. This tastes delicious on crackers. I'll keep buying it again and again. -

This used to be my favourite quarter machine growing up. There was one just outside our local grocery store and I'd get some gum every time we went. The gum is sweet yet sour. It comes in grape and cherry flavoring, which is quite delicious. I always liked to put a few in my mouth at once, as they are quite small. The flavoring doesn't last long and it gets a bit tough to chew- but it's fun to have every once in a while to relive my childhood. -
