I was really enjoying this vitamin until my pee started turning bright neon highlighter yellow. I thought I was having kidney issues until I talked to my doctor and he said this is caused by vitamin B in the urine. This vitamin has way more vitamin B in it than you can absorb and so it gets excreted in the urine. Why so much vitamin B? There is no reason anyone would need so much. If the amount of vitamin was reduced to a normal amount then I would definitely buy this product in the future. I love the taste of the cranberry in the vitamin and it’s easier on my stomach than other iron supplements I have tried. My energy improved and as long as I took it with food it didn’t bother my stomach. It has all the vitamins and essential nutrients someone my age and sex needs, but the vitamin B level is concerning. -

This was a great quick meal while on a 12 hour shift! I work in mental health and don’t always have time to make myself something nutritious to eat while on shift, but this was great to have for lunch at work! It took 5 minutes to prepare and it’s so delicious. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because (like a lot of gluten free products) the dumpling wrappings didn’t hold together very well and stuck to the pan.

The product does absorb fluid from the pimple, but it didn’t actually get rid of my pimple. I used it on one pimple and my son used it on two. It got rid of one of my son’s pimples and reduced the size of mine but didn’t actually get rid of it. It did pull a lot of gunk out of my pimple though which was cool/gross to see.
