This was the last item that was part of the Crest Pro-Health package and shockingly it was actually my favourite part of it. It is surprising because I already have a manual Sonicare Electric toothbrush that has improved my oral health greatly. I was extremely skeptical and even a little disappointed I had to try this for a week and stop with my electric toothbrush as part of the terms of the agreement for the review but am actually grateful to have went along with it.
It is not as effective as a 100 dollar electric toothbrush but it is a superior manual toothbrush and one I plan to use when going out and staying away. The hard bristles were very effective and gave me a good cleaning. It is a little different having to time the 30 seconds on each side of your mouth but the tongue cleaner was an effective tool to have. It reached deep inside my teeth at all areas of my mouth. My absolutely favourite part of the brush however, was the way it cleaned my gums. I just went to the dentist less than a month ago and they remarked how I needed to do a better job reaching my gums since they were in less than optimal condition. I found that it did a phenomenal job on my gums and was very pleased with the results. Even better, at this price, this toothbrush is a steal.

I actually quite enjoyed the mouth wash, and felt it did its job as a mouthwash far better than the toothpaste did its job. I used the mouthwash for almost a week now and found that the rinse was very manageable. The absence of alcohol is very noticeable and the minty taste was great to swish around your mouth for a good 30 seconds without any trouble at all. My only gripe is mouthwash should sting a little bit more so you know its doing a lot more effective job and the mouthwash will last for a little bit longer than I felt it did. I was confident in my breath for the initial couple of hours after I took it but not for much longer.
it is a million times better than any off brand mouthwash, but I feel it is just a step below the Listerine, which packs a little bit more of a punch and I feel lasts longer. The only thing that troubles me is the average price of 7 dollars listed here on the Chickadvisor page. If it is over 7 dollars, then I feel it cannot match up to Listerine. If it has a competing and superior price to Listerine, however, I feel like it is a valid alternative provided it is a cheaper alternative.

I reluctantly put this product under the "You Betcha" choice when it asked if I'd recommend the toothpaste, but honestly, my average ranking on all three categories demonstrate that I very well could have recommended not to buy it. Overall it was an average toothpaste. When it comes to regular Crest toothpaste, which I've tried before, it's a definite improvements, but when comparing it to the premium toothpastes, it is just okay. For the price, I don't think I would buy it over other premium toothpastes at similar price points.
I have used it for almost a week now and find that it did a satisfactory job on the cleaning aspect. To be quite honest, I think the brushing technique is more important in determining whether it matched its claims to fight plaque, cavities, gingivitis, and whiten, rather than the actual toothpaste. Brushing for two and a half minutes, two times a day, did the job in terms of eliminating the built up plaque on my teeth, but it needed to be combined with daily flossing as well. I can't attest whether it actually improved my teeth over the last few days, as I haven't had a dentist visit but it did maintain my teeth at its current state, which is important to me. I actually quite enjoyed that the toothpaste didn't foam too much, but didn't like that the minty taste was so mild. The toothpaste itself didn't have me confident that my breath would be minty fresh for the next 12 hours, but was satisfactory when combined with the mouthwash. The brushing experience wasn't too bad with the toothpaste, but it also wasn't intense enough, but I feel is a requisite for the brushing regiment.

While not the cheapest cereal, Kashi has come a long way over the last years to becoming MUCH MUCH more accessible to the general market. This is my cereal of choice. It has just the right amount of sweetness, a great taste, a perfect crunch and it is relatively one of the healthiest alternatives in terms of cereal. It provides an incredible amount of fiber and other important nutrients for your daily needs, including the 5 whole grains and wheat and no HFCS. It is a little disappointing that the American version of this exact same cereal has a better nutritional file, but it doesn't mean that this cereal doesn't comparatively have one of the best among commercial brand cereals. Also the picture in this specific review is of Go Lean Crunch, which has significantly more sugar than the regular Kashi Go Lean! Do not make the mistake of mixing up the two cereals. -

This really is my cologne of choice. Other than Acqua Di Gio, this is my go-to cologne for the 5 years. It is light and fresh, not very overpowering and the ladies absolutely love it. It has consistently been rated as one of the top colognes for a reason. It is a true classic. The only thing that slightly detracts from this cologne is the price. It is considered a premium cologne and rarely goes on sale, so usually the 100mL bottle will set you back 100 dollars, but totally worth it for the attention and comments it receives. -

I know this book has become wildly crazy because of the popularity of the movie, but I knew it from long before the movie this would become a global success. The first book really is the best of the series and its original premise, constant action, and compelling main and supporting characters keeps you on your seat from beginning to end. The book is really that much more exciting than the movie. The idea of showing what young adults would do when provoked to fight for their life is truly an amazing, eye opening lesson, learned from similar titles like Lord of the Flies and Battle Royale. -

For the price, this seemingly premium toothpaste is usually a preference for me. It does leave my mouth consistently feeling fresh. I believe it does a good job at cleaning surface plaque, however doesn't do a great job clearing the surface stains on my teeth. It regularly goes on sale for a pretty decent price, so to me this is the brand that often is the best "premium" bang for your buck toothpaste. -

For the longest time, this was my serial of choice. It tastes great, the raisins pack for perfect punch of sweetness to the mild tasting oat bran. Problem with the raisins are they are almost completely coated in sugar. Makes the sugar content way too much for a supposedly healthy breakfast cereal. It would make so much more sense if the natural sweetness of a raisin were the only thing sweetening up the bran flakes. Had to switch cereals to find a healthier alternative. -
