I’ve been using this over-the-counter cholesterol-lowering supplement for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. My doctor recommended I try a natural approach before considering prescription medications, and this product has exceeded my expectations.
At my last check-up, my LDL (“bad”) cholesterol had dropped by nearly 15 points, and my HDL (“good”) cholesterol slightly increased. I haven’t changed much in my diet besides trying to be a little more mindful, so I truly believe this supplement played a key role.
What I like most is that it’s easy on the stomach, has no noticeable side effects, and contains ingredients I recognize—like plant sterols, niacin, and omega-3s. It also fits seamlessly into my daily routine—just two capsules with breakfast and I’m good to go.
Of course, everyone’s body is different, but if you’re looking for a gentle, natural way to support healthier cholesterol levels, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. Just be sure to follow up with your doctor to track progress!

I absolutely adore the way this product feel on my face. It worked great for my eczema symptom, in particular redness, and flaking. I also enjoyed the way it was not scented (or not scented strongly- I noticed no scent)
