Living in Calgary, my hands take a beating from the dry weather, especially in the winter. I’m always looking for a hand cream that’s rich enough to prevent cracking but doesn’t leave my hands feeling greasy, and this one really delivers.
The Shea Butter Hand Cream is thick and nourishing, but it spreads easily and absorbs quickly into the skin. A small amount goes a long way, so you really don’t need much product each time. My hands feel softer almost immediately, and it helps keep dryness and rough patches under control throughout the day.

This Vida by Paderno Insulated Coffee Tumbler is super sleek looking and actually fits in my car’s cup holder, which is a huge plus for my commute. My only real complaint is that it isn't fully dishwasher safe, unfortuntely only the lid can go in the top rack, so you have to hand-wash the body. It’s a bit of a pain when I just want to throw it in the wash and forget about it, but it’s honestly pretty easy to clean by hand. Definitely worth it for the convenience on the road and on the go drink. -

I really liked the Hotti heated handle dog leash. It’s such a smart idea, especially for Canadian winters. This past week was minus 15 and colder, and having a warm handle made a huge difference on our walks plus it's incredibly easy to use. The design is sleek and modern, the light is bright and useful in the dark, and I like that it’s rechargeable so there’s no fuss. Everything about it feels well thought out and practical. Overall, it’s a great leash and something I’ll genuinely keep using all winter.

I was really excited to try the LITS Flavour Flight, especially as someone who loves sauces and hot sauces in particular. Unfortunately, this trio just did not hit the mark for me. The flavours felt a bit flat and I was hoping for more depth and punch overall.
That said, I do appreciate the all natural ingredients, that it is Canadian made, and the small, travel friendly packaging. The mini bottles are convenient and would make a fun stocking stuffer or gift. For my personal taste though, the flavours just were not quite there.

I’ve been taking the Swiss Natural Total One Multi Vitamin and Mineral for Women for about a week now and have found it incredibly easy to work into my daily routine. I take it after dinner each night and it has become a simple way to support my overall health with a wide range of vitamins and minerals designed for women.
One of the biggest differences I noticed was how gentle it was on my stomach. Other multivitamins have caused discomfort for me, but this one has been easy to take. Plus I also feel that the magnesium has helped improve my sleep.

LOVED THIS MEATY AND SPICY SNACK! If you're looking for a meat snack with a genuine kick, the BUFF Bold Chipotle Bison Stick is absolutely the one. My husband and I were totally hooked on this flavour. It’s tender, incredibly rich, and has a fantastic, satisfying spice that isn't overwhelming.
I was genuinely shocked that this snack is only 50 calories! Knowing they are also soy-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free makes them an easy winner for everyone.
Also love that this is a proudly lady-owned and operated Canadian business, and their cheeky "meatinyourmouth" hashtag is a fun touch.

I was totally skeptical about a Gingerbread Latte popcorn, not gonna lie. It just sounded kind of weird, like maybe too sweet or too fake - I don't know, I guess just something I would normally not pick. But seriously, this stuff was good! It’s sweet, but not like a sugar overload, and you get that warm gingerbread spice with this subtle creamy coffee vibe. I shared the flavour with friends and everyone was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the unique variety was (we also tried the Peppermint Mocha flavour). Honestly, it's a lot more flavoursome than I expected, and knowing it's made with all natural ingredients, makes it a win.

I actually really enjoyed this flavour combination, which was shocking given that I am not the biggest fan of the peppermint and chocolate mix. It turns out that this combo actually really worked. It’s got a smooth mocha vibe blended perfectly with the minty twist, making it a great festive snack. Peppermint isn't too overpowering and it was way more flavourful and tasty than I thought. I shared this along with the Gingerbread Latte flavour at a get together, and the whole variety was a huge hit. It’s so nice finding a popcorn that actually uses all natural ingredients. I would recommend trying this flavour and think it's a great snack for any festive get together this holiday season.

My husband and I tried the Buff Bison Snack Sticks, and honestly, we are absolutely hooked. Both the Original and the Bold Chipotle flavors are totally phenomenal (the Chipotle has a genuine, great spice kick). We were so impressed by how tender they are and the overall quality. This is officially going into our regular snack rotation.
It's rare to find a snack this good that also has such clean ingredients. I was genuinely shocked that the 2-stick, 50g pack is only 50 calories! High protein and super low calories? That’s just amazing. I don't have allergies or anything, but I do love that they're nitrate-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free, making it easy to share with pretty much everyone.
