I love that ROAR Organic has less than 3g of sugar while still providing electrolytes. The Strawberry Lemonade flavour is refreshing, not overly sweet, and definitely a mom approved choice!

We made extra and popped them in the freezer, which will be perfect for quick and easy breakfasts on busy back-to-school mornings.
And as a mom of a child with Type 1 Diabetes, one of my favourite parts was seeing how amazing his blood sugar stayed after breakfast. That’s always a BIG win in our house!
Easy, delicious, farm-fresh and family-approved — these pancakes definitely earned a spot in our breakfast rotation!

As a Type 1 diabetes mom and a nurse, my days can be both mentally and physically exhausting, so finding something that supports both my mental clarity and physical energy has been a game changer. I add the tasteless powder to my morning protein shake after the gym, and it blends in seamlessly without changing the taste. It’s such an easy addition to my routine, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in how I feel throughout the day.

The Migraine Manager has changed my daily life from going to the gym, being a nurse and a mother. I had a concussion three years ago and always get terrible migraines although now having AOR in my life those migraines are no longer!
