We do vinyl flooring, and a contour gauge is essential when we need to cut the vinyl around tricky shapes. I attached a photo as an example. I do wish this one was longer on its own, but the connectable design is a big plus - being able to add more sections makes it much more practical for bigger cuts. Overall, this will get the job done and the add-on feature makes up for the shorter length. -
