After trying Promensil for a month I can honestly say that it works. After having a total hysterectomy in 2018, my doctor told me that I may go through perimenopause early. I had the moodiness, the hot flashes, hair loss, etc. Trying Promensil was a game changer, the hot flashes subsided, my mood shifted and my hair and nails are growing faster and thicker then they have in years. I've never experienced these kind of happy results with any other medication let alone a natural one. I'm honored to have been able to try this product out and will definitely continue use.
