I have started perimenopause. I am 49. I get cold sweats, insomnia, wonky cycles and everyone annoys me (well, that could just be the people around me) The cold sweats are what bother me the most, standing there doing nothing and it creeps up on me, drenching me, even my face sweats. I never used to sweat and this symptom is horrible, I need to change my clothes, use body powder all the time to say dry and feel as if I must shower twice a day. I started taking Menolibriu, twice a day as instructed, although some days I forgot to take it in the evening, ( hey, we are all busy!) and my daily triple downpours decreased to every other day and now it's about 3 times a week. They don't last as long and they are easier to handle. I tried black cohosh in the past and it helped with my regular cycles, but this has helped with ALL of the symptoms. I sleep a bit deeper at night, if not longer, I don't get as tired and maybe I'm a bit less grumpy! (It seems like the people around me aren't quite as annoying anymore)
I will continue to use this product in conjunction with continuing to eat healthy, exercising and self care. I received this item for free in exchange for my honest review. I have used pre-poo products for years on my 3b curls. They are always thirsty and anything that helps hydrate and smooth is always appreciated. It's thick and creamy, melts right in to the hair and makes my curly hair bouncy, shiny and soft with fat curls. On days that I straighten, my hair is more resistant to the blow dryer and round brushing. I have no split ends and I haven't trimmed my hair for 6 months. I haven't used the complete system but I use this before my other regular products and it fits right in. I love that it's a decent sized bottle. Other pre poo products seem to get used up a lot quicker. One of my favorite ways to use it is to apply before I workout for an hour or I even leave it on over night while my hair is in a braid. It really helps to maintain the health of my hair! -

My kids are 6&9 years old and even with handwashing and handsanitizing, they still catch a cold every now and then. Neither likes to take medicine, so having one medicine (whereas before it would be two different medicines) that alleviates the coughing and sniffling for 12 hours is great. I appreciate that it was created by a pediatrician and although it's a non-medicinal route to treat their symptoms, it's backed by scientific studies regarding ivy leaf extract and elder berry extract in the reduction of cough and cold symptoms. They don't mind the flavour and the beehive lid is a cute touch, although it would be nice if it screed or snapped on as it falls off of the bottle. The lid which is also used as a medicine cup shows the 10ml line but the dosage is for 5ml so that doesn't make much sense of you need to use a separate measuring cap.

My 9 year old son has hyperkeratosis pillaris (aka chicken skin) on his arms from his shoulders to his wrists. It's noticeable and sometimes itchy for him, so I jumped at the chance to give this product a try. We've used it for a week, applying it every night before bed on his arms. His skin is softer and its not as red but it has not completely gone away. I think it needs a full 6 weeks (as any product should be used, in order to achieve a difference) He's happy and he says he sees and feels a difference, so that's good enough for me. -
