I was hoping to love this product, but I can't say I do. The formula is very strange, oily and gritty. My usual routine is Vitamin C in the morning and a retinoid at night. Due to the formula, this is a night time only product. It doesn't seem to play well with my other serums and can cause piling. Overall, compared to another Vitamin C serum, the only good thing about this one is the price. -

This stuff is amazing. I was looking for something I could use in between pedicures to keep my feet smooth and this definitely does the job. I put it on my feet at night and wake up with smooth heels and even cleaned up cuticles. I've also started using it on my upper arms to help with keratosis pilaris. So far I'm seeing a bit of a difference but nothing major. I think I'll give it some more time. It's also great for rough elbows.
Bottom line, if you have rough skin, give this a try!

I'm 5'3, so most of the 'regular' length pants are too long for me, but the 'petite' pants are a bit too short for me. I am constantly stepping on the backs of my pants and then they scuff and tear and I have to get rid of them. The permanent hem bonding strips are an amazing product! Since I can't sew, these make hemming my pants SO much easier, and now I feel better buying pants knowing that I can easily adjust the length. I will definitely be buying more of these!

After failing miserably at replacing a missing button, these are amazing! Since I cannot sew, I don't tend to purchase cardigans or clothes that have obvious buttons because it's just a matter of time before a button pops off. The Scotch Essentials Easy Fix Button lets me repair a button in under a minute so I no longer have to spend the time trying to sew a new button on. Love these!

I've used other dry shampoos but I always come back to Batiste. The price is so affordable and the quality is great. However, the original formula is not great for dark hair, so try the brown shades (there are two to choose from). The scent is pleasant without being overbearing, and the shampoo really absorbs grease. I have started using it almost every day for styling and on days when I don't want to wash my hair. I really don't think that there is a comparable dry shampoo out there that isn't 30$!

*I received the Clarisonic Mia 2 free from the Product Review Club*
I was a bit skeptical about Clarisonic but I really wanted to try it, so I was really excited to be selected as a reviewer. I received a Neon yellow/green Mia2 (I think the shade is Energy). First impression: It was heavier than I thought it would be! Opening the box, I was pleased to see a travel case, sample size cleanser, and charger. I really like the charger, and I like how you can get so many uses before having to recharge.
I used the Mia2 nightly for about a week, but I was feeling like the brush head was a bit too rough for me, especially as I use products with Glycolic acid and other AHAs, I didn't want to hurt my skin. I was really surprised to see that the brush head included is actually the sensitive skin head, because it didn't feel like it! I do like the feeling of my skin after using it, but I feel that it is too exfoliating to use everyday with the sensitive brush head.
I purchased the Luxe Cashmere Cleanse brush head after feeling the difference in a department store. Used with the Mia2, it offers a really, gentle cleanse which is perfect for my second cleansing. I would not use the Mia2 with the sensitive head every night again, but I do use it with the Cashmere head.
Pros:
- Cashmere head is fantastic and great for nightly use. The other Luxe heads seemed really nice too
- Charger does not take up too much room, lasts for about 2 weeks of use depending on how often you use it
- Colour options
Cons:
- Price. I wouldn't buy this at full price. It is a nice to have, luxury item in my opinion
- Sensitive brush is still too rough for those how use chemical exfoliants in their skincare routine
- I personally don't like how Clarisonic doesn't consider it's use as exfoliation!

This lipgloss is pretty impressive. Super pigmented and lasts quite awhile. The colour was very bright and didn't fade easily. I do find the packaging weird, but if what's inside works then who cares!

I had SUCH high hopes for this poweder!! I have been looking for an alternative to MACs mineral powder to save some money, so I was hoping this would be it. Unfortunately, this powder doesn't cut it. I have some acne spots that it wouldn't cover - like the powder would not set without multiple layers, and then it just dried out the spot to leave a light circle around it, making it more obvious I have skin issues. Blending was difficult when applied with a wet sponge too. I tried wearing it for a week to give it a fair chance, but it really didn't do a great job. I'm sadly disappointed!
