Unfortunately, this product did not help me with my gluten symptoms. I followed the directions to the T and I still got bloated and had abdominal discomfort. I tried it multiple times within a one month period until all pills were used up. I even tried doubling up on the dosage, and it still did not work for me. I had really high hopes that I would be able to enjoy foods that I used to be able to before becoming sensitive to gluten :(    -
