I received this product Swiss Natural Total One Multi Vitamin & Mineral for Women with Cranberry, Folic Acid and Iron for free for testing purposes, and I have to say I have noticed that I have a bit more energy then usual since I started it. I feel less tired as well probably due to all the different minerals and vitamins packed into this multi vitamin. The pill is on the large side which doesn't bother me but the fact that it has a divot to make it easier to cut it in half should be of help to others. The pill can also cause your urine to be neon yellow but other then that I have not experienced any negative side effects since starting this pill. I usually take mine after lunch since I take other medication in the mornings and you should take them with food and hours after other medication. All in all adding this to your daily schedule is a simple way to boost your energy and provide your body with the vitamins and minerals it may be missing. -

The day after I received this product free for trial purposes, I started to develop a zit on the top of my ear under where the arm of my glasses rests on top of my ear. A super painful area that is hard to keep dry or covered since I need my glasses to see. I put one of the hero patches on it and it was great, not only did it work and kill the zit but it also worked as insulation so I could wear my glasses all day and not be in pain from them rubbing on the zit. so it cushions and cures which is 5 stars in my book. -

I was given this product by Butterly for review purposes, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was. I have had other immune boost products like emergency c and they usually taste gross. Sambucol tasted great, to me it tasted just like loganberry juice and it dissolved fast . I would definitely recommend this to anyone who dislikes the taste of other immunity boosting drinks. I work with kids so anything that I can use to combat cold and flu season is an asset to me especially if it actually tastes delicious!

I received this product free as a trial for review purposes, unfortunately I would not recommend this product for anyone with wavy or curly hair. My hair is moderately curly and the product made my hair feel heavy and look greasy, it did not control my fly-aways either. Perhaps this is better for people with straight hair.
