I have medium/long, bleached and fine hair. I must also add that I am not a good sleeper. So when I was sent this product to try I was intrigued to the max. A hair product that works to repair my hair overnight but also contains lavender and sandalwood to wrap my senses in a dream like state, okay… I’m interested! I first sprayed the product in the air to smell it and it’s definitely dreamy alright! I sprayed the ends and lengths of my hair with this before getting into bed, plaited it and immediately my partner asked what I was wearing (lol) as I smelt so nice! Now for him to notice any sort of scent/perfume on me is a miracle in itself haha! The smell is subtle but is there enough that you can close your eyes and pick out the notes of lavender and the sandalwood. Usually when I wake up, my hair is quite frizzy from a restless night but I was pleasantly surprised to find my hair smooth after taking my plait out. The best part for me was the smell still lingered slightly - so beautiful. I love that you can use this on dry hair at night and it doesn’t make hair greasy, heavy, sticky or crunchy. Just smooth and silky in the morning. I will continue to use this until it runs out for sure, and probably end up repurchasing… because who doesn’t want to fall asleep in a field of lavender every night? -

Let me start by saying I have tested solid shampoo bars before from another well known, bath bomb brand, and I STRUGGLED to get any lather or bubbles from them. I haven’t used solid shampoo since but always liked the idea of travelling with them instead of lugging bottles of liquid everywhere. When I was sent this product to try I was SO excited as 1) I love John Frieda as a brand and 2) I have a few staycations coming up and this would be IDEAL to travel with if I liked it. I have to say, this lathers up so well and I was surprised at how little you need to work with it to get a good amount lathered into your hair. The smell is so pretty and delicate too, even my boyfriend commented on the smell and asked to use it. It’s very fresh! I followed it with my usual conditioner and WOW the volume and shine in my hair after only one use was pretty surprising! I have medium/long, highlighted hair with a fringe and my hair felt the opposite of weighed down. My scalp feels clean and the ends of my hair feel so soft. What an incredible, earth friendly product! I have recycled the cardboard box it came in and that’s it! No other waste. Bravo John Frieda! I will 100% be repurchasing 1 to keep in my suitcase and 1 for the bathroom! 👏👏👏 -

As someone who pays out for the well known, bond repairing hair care brand, I was a bit skeptical to test a “high street” brand serum. Sorry I know it sounds super snobbish but hear me out! I cannot justify spending THAT much on products every couple of months, so before I even knew that this product existed I was already researching on all your usual, well known beauty websites, for a cheaper alternative. I was so pleasantly surprised to receive this serum on my doorstep as it was like fate had said “stop paying out a small fortune and just try this”. Yep… fate was right… this is gorgeous. I LOVE hair serums more than any spray, mousse, oil etc. I just prefer it … and this doesn’t disappoint. A little goes a long way and I found like one or two pumps, warmed up and rubbed between my fingers and palms, really was enough to cover my mids and ends. I have long, fine, bleached hair and my biggest thing is heat protection as my hair is prone to heat damage. To know that this product is not only smoothing and shining my hair but also protecting it from heat is amazing. My hair doesn’t feel weighed down, it is so smooth after being blow dried and the scent is really stunning. I’m a big fan of Argan Oil and this has it but also contains coconut and moringa oil also. I think these are what gives the hair such a glossy shine. 10/10 would recommend this and will probably have to let my sister try as she uses the original Frizz ease, so I know she will adore this. -

As someone with semi-reactive skin, this truly is so gentle and also nourishing. Often I find the more gentle shower creams can leave me feeling a bit dry but this one is different. The smell is really beautiful too but it’s quite subtle. I would recommend to anyone who has reactive skin. It’s gentle enough that I don’t break out. Thank you Aveeno! You’ll always have a special place in my heart and in my shower :) -
Method Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner Wild Rhubarb
This cleans beautifully and leaves all surfaces sparkling and smelling great! It smells unlike any other anti-bac spray also, no chemical smell and honestly smells like fresh fruits. The smell also lingers for a while which I love!

Eucerin spf50+ sun fluid mattifying
One of the better facial sun creams I have used. Non greasy, light, amazing sun protection and doesn’t cost the world. I am fair skin so unsure on the white cast on someone with deeper skin but it seems to be quite minimal on me.
