My husband and I both use this product. Him for his back and I for my knee. I don't use it daily, just when it's acting up. If my knee gets sore from too much activity I simply take 2 capsules, within 15mins the pain is drastically reduced... +

Amazing product. I use it to help control my natural curl. I use it on my hair when wet and style like normal. The result is a more silky, defined curl with more body andoes little to no frizz.

Would recommend it to others, enjoy all the smells. On the down side I don't feel that it lasts long enough and it would be more environmentally friendly if there were refills instead of replacing the entire thing.

I was excited for these to come out, and was quite disappointed with the product. I love original Mini Wheats, but these were very sweet and fake tasting. Will not purchase again.
