Brookside Chocolate Tablet Bar in Mango Coconut Crunch

Lets start with the good...the food was great. However waiting over an hour in between each course was not. Either was the attitude when we got there. Or the fact we had to wait 15 minutes for a table at 9:30 pm on a Thursday night even though we had reservations. And that we were seated in the back room beside a large party of people. Or the fact we had to wait 20 minutes for the bill. Or the fact that the air conditioning was on so high I could hardly enjoy my dinner. Not a good experience...and friends have told me similar things. And it's not like your paying $20 for a meal, I was with 2 girlfriends and the bill for dinner, one drink and dessert was $80 EACH before tip! I have no problem paying that if I enjoy my dinner. I felt like the staff was doing us a favor by seating us and "serving" us. -
