I started this free product trial with high expectations that GluteGuard could help with cross contamination issues when eating out. However I’m not convinced it actually helped.
It is very convenient to take with you and quickly take one before eating. Easy to swallow too as it’s not too big.
I used this in a high cross contamination situation. I had the same item in the same chain each time. For clarification the item ordered is Gluten Free but not marked as such due to its preparation with shared surfaces and utensils.
I still had bloating later in the day and severe exhaustion. The following day I still had bowel issues. This to me suggests that GluteGuard did not work for me.
Now everyone is different so maybe it will help you but for this Celiac I didn’t help.

The sunscreen was a little tricky to apply compared to a lotion, Its a thin spray and doesnt spread very much. It was though super easy to see where I had applied the sunscreen. My kids claimed they loved the smell even if I didnt notice any particular smell from the spray. My child does have sensitive skin and no issues were noticed after applying, and no complaints from them. Also a bonus for parents my hands were not very greasy after applying which is a real plus! The size is great for a day out or for sending to daycare, and the SPF50 is great for kids. Overall happy with the product but would probably get a lotion format rather than a spray bottle. -

The sunscreen was very easy to apply, it goes on thick but thins out as you spread it. It was super easy to see where I had applied the sunscreen. My kids claimed they loved the smell even if I didnt notice any particular smell from the lotion. My child does not have particularly sensitive skin and no issues were noticed after applying. I was very pleasantly surprised at how effective these spot patches were. It got a lot of gunk out of my spot and seemed to clear up my spot after just one use. With other brands it would often take a few days and multiple patches to be effective. The circles are a good size even for larger spots, easy to apply and stayed stuck down. Highly recommend.

I was really impressed with how easy this product was to use. We wanted to touch up some gases and minor holes in the walls of our apartment before sale. It’s very easy to apply and smooth out. It’s also very easy to tell when it’s dry and sand down ready for painting. This is a very convenient kit and as long as you can keep the pot of spackling dry, it will last a long time. This is a great kit for anyone doing minor repairs at home. You don’t need any level of skill in order to use it. Highly recommended, especially given the wide availability and low pricing of this kit in local hardware stores

Kraft Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa
I have tried other chocolate hazelnut spreads before and this reminded me so much of hazelnut chocolate. Very flavourful and not at all sickly sweet. Would love to get this again and try the reduced sugar version.
