I found the first time I tried it, it worked wonders. But the two times after that I didn't notice a difference. I'm still going to see if it works a few more times, since I know it works for a lot of people. Maybe it's just a mind over matter thing. -

I don't mind pepper on my food, but I never usually eat stuff that is meant to be that flavour. I can't quite decide how much I like them. I love the sea salt aspect of it, but I'm trying to figure out if the black pepper taste is too overpowering or not. I think it's okay, but I may try them in soup and see if I still like them. Interesting new flavour though! I do like that it's part of the line that's made with brown rice. -

I was somewhat skeptical when I ordered this because I've never used a lip crayon before, but I'm really glad that I got it! I got it as part of my monthly Julep box subscription so that saved on the cost. It's $20 US regularly, $16 US if you're a Maven, and then it's cheaper if you buy the 3 month box subscription. While I love the product, I wouldn't pay $20 US for it, especially cause I have to pay the conversion rate to Canadian costs.
That being said, I think this is a really great product. It has a "moisturizing treatment core" in the middle, so it stops your colour from being flaky and dry. The colour goes on so smoothly and it smells phenomenal! It'd a perfect nude that has the colour of a lipstick but the moisture of a lip balm. I highly recommend this!

This product was fairly average. There's nothing that I particularly adore about this, but there's nothing that I really hate about it either. I like that it's in a pen form because I find I have more control and precision, but I almost think the liner is too thin. I always do a semi-bold wing, so when using this I have to go over it a lot. It's good towards the inner corner of the eye where you don't want it too crazy though. -
