We got one of these for Christmas and it hasn't stopped working since. It is so convenient, takes up very little space and with 4 adults in our household it's great -- everyone can make their own coffee based on their preference. It's quite convenient to make your own fresh coffee when you're ready to have that cup of coffee instead of brewing a full pot of coffee and having it sit there. Love the various flavours as well. We loved the system so much that ended up purchashing one for someone else as a gift as well and they now love it too. Sometimes when you just want to have that one cup of coffee it's so convenient to just pop in a disc and in less than a minute your coffee's ready. Everyone in the house loves the coffee quality too and with all the different flavours we would definately recommend this product. -
