You break blocks are are put together to create a circle, and you break them all in order to get to the next level. One of my favorite features of that device. Just a splendid product. Highly recommend it, although there are more updated products available now. -

It's rather brilliant. I marked it as amazing, because there's no other eyeliner like it really, unless there's a gel eyeliner from another company. Way better than liquid 'cause it won't automatically come off if the eye gets wet, like liquid has... +
