So I am 45 years old. Unfortunately it's that time where peri-menopause has taken over my body and Im learning that my body is changing in very unflattering ways. While taking Promensil Perimenopause I was able too notice a slight difference...   +

So I am 45 years old. Unfortunately it's that time where peri-menopause has taken over my body and Im learning that my body is changing in very unflattering ways. While taking Promensil Perimenopause I was able too notice a slight difference specifically when it comes to middle of the night hot flashes. I think there is room for improvement but a little better is better than no better!! Besides that I am happy that my be has been dry and not soaked with sweat so that's a plus. So yes I definitely recommend but would suggest a little more study of the product. 😉
