I appreciate no harsh chemicals. I have only used it once but it's got some good abrasion to get the dead skin off. I'll see later on, once done the product, if I get bumps.

Hi friends. I recently purchased a program off a late night info-mercial. YOGA BURN MONTHLY. It seemed a bit pricey. $100 bucks with shipping.
I normally wouldn't fall for these. At this time in quarantine, I am sooooo happy I did.
There's 5 different cd's with 5 different takes on yoga. I was a fan many years ago, put away my yoga mat for a stressful job and didn't start it up again.
Then, with a move, I was feeling the need to move my body. I opened my package, tried it once in my own living room and now I HAVE to do it everyday. I just feel better, move easier. I have even managed to have my husband join me in the living room. At first he said, no way, yoga is for girls. Now he is in the zone of feeling better too.
If you need a pick me up, pick this up.
I am 42 and I can touch my toes again. I had got so stiff. These workouts are only 30 minutes so there's are no excuses that you don't have time. It's yoga, you work at your own pace. You don't hurt for days after and in your own home, you can't catch any viruses! Happy quarantine.

I had a free sample of this bar and it was delish. It was soft to chew and satisfying as a sweetness craving. It wasn't dry like some I've tried and the ingredients looked quite natural. It wasn't full of additives.
