A really hard time taking these as they remind me a lot of the prenatal vitamins, which caused me to gag. I did take them even with that, but I didn’t really notice a difference. In my overall health or how I was feeling day today so I don’t know if it’s just me so I don’t know if I’d buy them in the future for the summer fact as I didn’t really notice the difference after a month of taking them, and because they were very hard for me to swallow because of my gag reflection to the pills. I would be inclined to try something else from that brand that maybe was in a different format. I also understand I have a severe gag response that resulted from my pregnancies. -

I have use many different acne wash in the past most of the time they sting sensation when I use them. I was pleasantly surprised when using PanOxyl that it didn’t. At first I was unsure of now effective it would because depending on of this but I haven’t had any Ance breakout since I started using the PanOxyl wash. Since it isn’t as harsh as different acne wash’s I have tried in the past I am comfortable using it daily.

In the one month that I’ve been taking this not only have I’ve been sleeping better not waking up as much. I don’t seem to be kicking the covers off as much. I’ve noticed that my hair is not falling out as fast. I personally feel that I have more energy and I am able to focus more. I didn’t realize some of these side effects, but I do feel way better since starting to take this. It was super easy just to take one pill a day and add that to my routine.

My little one has been struggling with a cough since he was very young that never seems to go away. Whenever he gets sick or is coming down something that cough is very persistent. It affects most aspects of his day. When given this to try, we decided to try it. Not only did he like the taste and was excited to take it. But that cough went away, because of his age there isn’t a lot we’ve been able to get him to help with that. So many other natural things that helped a little bit, but didn’t provide him much relief. It awesome to have something that we can give him. That provides him some relief because he always seems to have a bad cough, no matter what. Probably hasn’t something to do with the fact that he has older siblings in school. I can’t count a little times I’ve taken him to the doctor because his cough is so bad and the doctors are like he sounds terrible but there’s nothing they can do. So have something that can give him. Some relief is amazing. -
