Life Brand Epsom Salts
I often put these in my bath after an intense workout to soothe my leg muscles. I definitely feel that it does the trick at getting deep into the core of my muscles after a good soak. I'm less sore and feel relaxed and ready for the next day.

I used to use the warm steam vaporizer a lot when my daughter was little until I switched to a cool steam vaporizer which seems to better the air quality without feeling like you are in a sauna. Well worth the investment. The battery life is great and it charges quickly as well. It's light and the perfect size for travel as well. -
