We received the Scotties TO GO sample pack just in time for a family weekend away. Everyone got their own travel pack which fit perfectly in our cosmetic bags. The tissue itself was soft, a decent size and not too large. I really enjoyed the variety of patterns in the package. The only downside (for some people) was that the closed pack looks like a maxi pad package. -

I have categories based upon how long the product takes to apply (and cure or dry) as well as how long it lasts once it applies.
This 60-Second polish is my top go-to for speed of drying / easy application (thin layers) and wear (1-3 days for me, I am hard on all polish types).
I rarely use an entire bottle of polish, due to having so many options, but this little guy is nearly empty after relying on it so many times for a quick finger or toe treatment.

Ferrero Rocher chocolates seem to be a holiday staple. By "holiday" I mean any occasion! They're a tasty way to add a little something sweet to a gift or at any gathering.
I love that they're individually wrapped and each precisely the same - no picking though (like what tends to happen with a box of chocolate).
Ferrero Rocher always delivers a rich-flavoured, creamy taste and feel with a soft crunch of wafer and more sweetness of hazelnuts.
Delish.

Normally I shop at stores in person, with free pick up or free delivery. ChickAdvisor offered a promotion which covered much more than the cost of delivery, so I went for it. After seeing the Voila delivery trucks on the road often recently, I have grown very curious.
In my perspective, Sobeys is a premium grocery store - you might expect to pay a little more for basic items. While this is true, I did find various items on sale and although the purchase date and delivery date were different, I did indeed pay the sale price. There were also no substituted items.
Before the delivery was about to arrive (about 20 minutes) the driver called to advise me and check that it would be ok to leave items on the porch. Due to COVID-19 protocols and restrictions, I was happy to have the service.
When the delivery truck arrived, they accidently delivered to my neighbour's porch. When they realized the error, they were quick to remedy the error and took a moment to tell me that my order was temperature checked and perfect. All frozen items were indeed still completely frozen. In fact, I couldn't even scoop the icecream that the kids had anticipated so badly.. haha
The 2 gentleman who dropped the order were cheery and seemingly happy with their work. They asked if I had any questions (I did not) and off they went.
Overall, the experience was pleasant. I would use the service again if the delivery fee is waived and recommend to others.

I like it! NIVEA Creme Care All-in-One Facial Cleansing Lotion exceeded my expectations! The consistency is just right; not quiet a creme, not quite a liquid. I would call it a true lotion. It went on easily with my fingers and wiped off just as easily using a dry cloth. I was happy to see that it is considered safe to wipe only with a dry cloth and full washing off is not required.
My face was left clear and moist. After applying the NIVEA Creme Care All-in-One Facial Cleansing Lotion, I was able to remove regular mascara from under my eyes (raccoon eyes!) with just one gentle swipe. Impressive!
The scent is light and pleasant. I was able to use the product near my eyes without any direct consequence (rare for me!) My face feels good! :)

I have put NIVEA Creme Care Facial Cleansing Wipes to the test!
In the past, with other disposable face cleansing wipes, I have found that bits of the fibers would stick to my cheeks and lashes. My face seemed pure and clean after using the Nivea wipes, no left overs! I did not feel an immediate need to moisturize after using a wipe.
My face was not dried out or tight, nor was it oily or slippery. The product seems to provide the correct amount of moisture, however I would prefer if the wipes were slightly more "wet".
The washable mascara I wear came off easily, as well as basic eyeliner. Next, I will test with lipstick and foundation.
I would like to see each wipe perforated, so that the user can opt to use a whole or a 1/2 wipe at anytime. The whole wipe is too large for the times when I only want to clean off eye make up, and it is nearly impossible to tear by hand.
The smell was pleasant and not at all over powering.
The packaging leaves me to wonder how long the wipes can possibly stay moist - maybe a month? I believe there is room for improvement concerning the packaging, as the peel-up sticker didn't properly seal again after opening.

Vichy LiftActiv Supreme Night Cream - I was happy with this product right out of the box - look at that gorgeous swirl on top! I liked the feel of this night cream on my face, it was refreshing after a drying shower. I liked it enough to use it on more than one occasion as a day cream! It seemed to re-hydrate gently without oil or shine. It absorbed well, shortly after application. The scent was very minimal and did not linger at all. I wasn't sure how much product I should apply at a time, but seemed to have good results with a thin, even layer across my entire face / neck.
Conclusion: After trying Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme, Vichy Liftactiv Supreme Day Cream and Vichy LiftActiv Supreme Night Cream all at the same time, I rank the night cream as my second favourite of the 3. I will say that I absolutely DID see results using this face care set. I was recently noticing more fine lines and I feel that this regimen returned my face to a "less tired" state. :)

Vichy Liftactiv Supreme Day Cream - The first application felt ok - my skin had been quite dry. It seemed "fill in" some of the drier areas. It seemed to absorb well, but I did notice that it did not appear to actually penetrate my skin. This made makeup application (specifically foundation) nearly impossible. Each time, I had obvious smears and streaks which I had to remove with a cloth. The scent was very minimal and did not linger at all. Over all, I felt like the day cream would have been better suited as the night cream. It is thick, spreads well and excellent to wear on a bare face day.
Conclusion: After trying Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme, Vichy Liftactiv Supreme Day Cream and Vichy LiftActiv Supreme Night Cream all at the same time, I rank the day cream as my least favourite of the 3. I will say that I absolutely DID see results using this face care set. I was recently noticing more fine lines and I feel that this regimen returned my face to a "less tired" state. :)

Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme - right from the first application I felt good about using this serum. It seemed to re-hydrate / firm without obvious tightening or shine. It absorbed well and quickly, making it easy to apply cream or makeup over top a short time after. The scent was very minimal and did not linger at all. I wasn't sure how much product I should apply at a time, but seemed to have good results with a thin, even layer across my entire face.
What I didn't like: The applicator style (squeeze wand?). I cannot count how many times I dripped serum all over the bottle or before having it reach my hand or face. The liquidity of the serum dripped and oozed all over the place - great for getting every last drop at the end, but also for accidental drips and spills!
Conclusion: After trying Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supremeat the same time as the Vichy Liftactiv Supreme Day Cream and Vichy LiftActiv Supreme Night Cream, I rank the serum as my favourite of the 3. I will say that I absolutely DID see results using this face care set. I was recently noticing more fine lines and I feel that this regimen returned my face to a "less tired" state. :)

Frozen, flavoured sugar water? YES! Mr. Freeze is a staple product in childhood. While now, as an adult, I don't appreciate the blue-stained mouth and tongue, the kids get a good laugh as they cool off for a few minutes.
The Jumbo size is giant for me as an adult, so I do cut in half to share between kids. It really is Jumbo, there is no question about it! ;)
The flavours are classic from my own childhood, something consistent and fun to bring into our modern, fast paced lives..just to slow down a little...
