I have always found NYX makeup products to be fairly priced for their quality.
I want to touch on their liquid Vivid Brights liners.
I personally picked up the Vivid Violet liner cause my eyes are green and knew it was gonna rock my world.
I had some preconceived ideas that it was going to take a few passes to maximize optimal colour pay off... I was horribly wrong.
1 pass is all it took!
I have nothing but good things to say about this product.
1- colour pay off is phenomenal
2- stayed all day and remained vivid
3- didn't flake off
4- price is on point I believe $10 or less (most liquid liners that are black are that if not more)
5- my eyes water like assholes, stayed in tact
6- the brush is fine and precise and easy to use
7- the handle is no different than a pen.
Honestly stop what you are doing and spice up your spring and track these loves down!! I want to get more after falling in love with the Violet one.

I have been a long time lover of Batiste Dry Shampoo. In my eyes they can do no wrong!
I have very damaged hair and thus washing it every day is not in its best interest. Batiste prolongs my hair styles.
I just get a greasy crown and it fixes it no problems. Even the ones that are regular without the added benefit of the colour. I was using dry white shampoo for ages before adding a colour cast was a thing.
This being a brunette colour cast is less work when it comes to refreshing your hair. (My hair is currently a deep rich red)
PRO TIP!
You want to get extra volume in your hair, spray the dry shampoo at the base then tease the hair. It will last all day!
I have nothing bad to say about this product and have been buying Batiste for years as I find it is the only truly effective dry shampoo.

Disclaimer I am of the Pale Girl Problems and their lightest shade is not quite light enough for me HOWEVER I still love it and can make it work with bronzers and the such, YA DIG?
Just like all my other reviews, some key things to note about me and my skin.
1. I have combination skin normal to oily and dry
2. I wear a lot of makeup daily (primer, foundation, concealer, powders, Contour, bronzer, blush, highlight, 3 different brow products, about 10 eyeshadows on any given day, fake lashes, the whole shebang!)
3. I clean my face daily sometimes twice (morning and night)
4. I exfoliate at least once a week (Face scrub)
5. I problem treat my skin with a clay mask 1-2 times a week
6. I moisturize DAILY night and day
7. I have large pores
8. I rarely break out
9. I am in my 30’s
I have the standard "Combination Skin" (oily t-zone) I have a hard time finding foundations that keep me matte, yet make me look alive and not dry out the rest of my face. It is also hard to find GOOD light foundations as generally for me the lighter the foundation the chalkier it becomes (My feelings of Maybelline's pore minimizing matte foundation are horrific)
With this being stated, I would have to say L'Oreal has their shit together! It has a very nice texture it leaves the skin looking like skin, has full coverage and doesn't feel like a mask on my face.
(Again keep in mind I wear A LOT of makeup light weight to me could feel like a ton to you if you never wear makeup)
As for the colour, again I wish it was a little lighter however its not as pink as most light tones can be and I like that. It's why it makes this a workable foundation for me.
As for staying Matte... I have yet to find a foundation that lasts all day and keeps my t-zone matte. I really don't think one exists LOL however I get about a good 6 hours out of it before I look like a slimy oil slick, however strobbing is all the rage now .....so.... highlight?
Another pro is it has yet to break me out, so I would say it has that going for it too LOL
Would I buy it again, Probably, as far as drug store foundations go (excluding the higher end ones you can get at a Beauty Boutique Shoppers) it is to me one of the best.
You don't have to go broke to look good!

First Off I very quickly became a fan of Kats everlasting Liquid Lipsticks, This wasn't my first rodeo.
I originally was after Lolita but they were all sold out, as is most of her shades for obvious reasons.
Out of curiosity I figured Lolita 2 would be a suitable substitute. The colours are completely different do keep that in mind but I was set on purchasing another Lippie of hers.
Enter Lolita 2.
The mistress that has changed my life!
First off, it goes with EVERYTHING!! I swear to god! It is the perfect rusty nudeish shade. Like I can't even explain it. has some rose tones, with some rusty red tones, yet is quasi nude yet not.... I digress! All I know is I wear a lot of warm toned eye shadows (Green eyes adore rusty warm golden bronzy tones... just sayin) and this is a lipstick I reach for 9 times out of 10.
It has great staying power, provided you aren't saturating your lips in like oily foods and it fades pretty naturally on me since its not too far off my own lip colour.
because it is not a BOLD colour, you aren't very visibly impacted with the coined "Butt Hole Lips" syndrome.
I would recommend picking up your fave nude shade in her formula, it is a great way to try out a liquid lipstick and get the most bang for your buck! If you love the formula and wearability of it expand your colour palette.

Now that we got that out of the way.
What it claims it will do:
Re-charge skin with a continuous boost of hydration for an energized, radiant look every day. This unique fresh moisturizer transforms on contact into a fast-absorbing liquid-gel. Infused with 15% Hydra-Glycerin (a known humectant), Hyaluronic Acid and our Antioxidant Complex of Wild Berry, Vitamins C & E, it plumps skin reducing the signs of fatigue for fresh, youthful-looking skin.
(Straight off their site)
Price: $16.99 for 1.7 fl oz (50ml)
First impressions:
Honestly I liked the formula. It has a unique texture and consistency that glides on like silk. It doesn’t take long before it is absorbed into the skin.
PRO TIP: Due to its Glycerin (3rd ingredient listed) content, it doubles as a lovely skin primer for foundation.
Does it work?
My skin was never all that problematic to begin with. (Aside from my pot hole pores… I am working on this… I will remain ever vigilant in the war against my pores muwahahaha)
I did notice that my skin did feel and look more radiant. I went a few days without a full face of makeup and wasn’t all that troubled by it.
I haven’t noticed any adverse effects. I did have a couple blemishes pop up, but also lady times were rampant so I wouldn’t put much stock into that.
I held out doing my review because I wanted to really get a feel for this product. I feel like it makes a great Day cream. Honestly it feels nice and silky, it’s a pleasant cool little wake up, it does make the skin look radiant and silky smooth to the touch. I really have no bad things to say about this product.

So first off some things to be known about me:
1: I wear a lot of makeup; not because I have to, but because I want to! CAKE ME!
2: I live for waterproof Mascara, due to watery eyes tryna play me
3: I have combination skin, but don't really break out that easily.
Now with that being said lets break out the review!!
I have to say when I first got this I was all "this ain't gonna last me!" Mainly cause I use a cotton pad per eye and a makeup removing whip for errythang else.
I was pleasantly surprised. I did a little LIVE REVEIW on Snapchat for those who follow me (bonnie-tastic)
I used 2 pads.
2 Cotton pads.... That's it!
To remove my entire face of makeup.
Now I am not talking a little foundation and some mascara here people.... I am talking FULL ON CAKE FACE HUNNY!
Primer, Foundation, highlight, concealer, powders, bronzers, blushes, contours, 10 different eye-shadows, 3 different brow products including Dip Brow and Brow Gel, Gel Liner, 2 kinds of waterproof mascara, LASHES (so the glue) Liquid lipstick and a setting spray to lock that shit on TIGHT!
2 cotton pads. That's it
and not like GIANT ones either, you regular Dollar/bag ones.
It effortlessly removed my makeup and cleansed my skin in no time flat.
I have been using this for about a week and a bit and no signs of breakouts, and barely a dent in the bottle, probably a little less than an inch of fluid gone.
I would have to say that it does as it is advertised and the price point isn't bad either.
My normal eye makeup remover costs about the same and is a fraction of the product. not to mention the addition of makeup removing wipes that are another $5-$10.
I say if you like trying new things, give this a go!

Right out of the gate I knew that I wouldn't be enjoying this, I thought though that I may be pleasantly surprised..... no... I was not.
I use a "Beauty Blender" equivalent in my daily makeup application. (the Real Techniques Sponge is a nice inexpensive dupe) I find it helps keep the finish more natural, flawless and removes excess product to help prevent caking and creasing.
I gathered that this is what the Dream Blender was meant to do.
Cons:
1) It was hard and not very malleable after being wetted... (wettened? soaked? whatever LOL)
2) It didn't grow in size as I anticipated. The larger size of the traditional "Beauty Sponge" helps distribute product evenly and helps aid in its blending. This being small, didn't cover enough real-estate on my face and left the foundation patchy.
3) Pushed around the product; not distributing it or pressing it into the skin (if that makes sense)
4) Made the job so much longer and more time consuming as you were left trying to correct the patchiness and put more product on the places it kept taking it off.
I don't have any pros for this product unfortunately.
I also found that a traditional beauty blender made the foundation counterpart much more effective.

Maybelline Dream Velvet Soft-Matte Hydrating Foundation
I Received this product for Free from Chick Advisor in the shade “10 Porcelain Ivory”
KEY FACTS TO NOTE ABOUT MY SKIN:
1) I suffer the #PaleGirlProblem It is increasingly harder to find a suitable foundation that is actually my correct skin tone. I make due a lot with what I find.
2) I have combination skin; An Oily T-Zone and Dry everywhere else
3) I suffer large pores….. I am working on it but I have yet to find my magical solution to evaporate them into non-existence!
4) I wear a lot of makeup, not cause I have to, but because I want to and love to.
5) I set all my foundations with powder as I contour and bronze with powders to help prevent them from going patchy.
I will Upload a few photos; they may get lost in the mix of everyone else’s. However if you go to my profile you will see what I look Like and it should be easy to figure out what ones are mine.
I WILL NOT EDIT ANY OF THEM! And use my best pixelated camera.
This way you will have full disclosure as to what this foundation looks like on my skin.
Now Onto the review.
The foundation itself has an interesting texture, I discovered right off the hop that a little goes a long way. I found the best way to apply it was with a damp beauty blender (or Real Techniques Sponge) something comparable to the actual Beauty Blender. I DID NOT like the applicator it came with. I found it was to small, and left the skin blotchy and I digress that’s another review as I agreed to. Moving forward.
It does go on Matte and feels very lightweight and barely there.
Pros:
1) Relatively inexpensive
2) Long Wearing
3) Medium to Full coverage
4) Lightweight
Cons:
1) Not my correct skin tone, too rosie for my complextion
2) Doesn’t stay matte. My T-Zone is greasy in 4 hours. This is easily corrected with a blotting sheet.
3) Does settle into my pores
Overall:
If this foundation was a little more Yellow based and lighter It would match me perfectly and I would probably buy it. As far as the rest of the cons, in all honesty I am hard pressed to find a foundation that keeps me Matte all day long. It’s why I keep blotting sheets with me. Not even Kat Von D or MAC keep me matte for longer than 6 hours.

I Have been living in this!
For my skin tone (#PaleGirlProblems) it doesn't work as a highlight BUT it covers any imperfection and leaves a beautiful finish.
I find that it doesn't feel cakey under the eyes and it really is a great concealer.
Because their lightest shade is relatively close to my skin tone I use it as additional coverage with a BB cream for a natural finish and low key makeup days.
On the flip side I use it as a base for my highlight concealer to really take away dark discoloration and brighten the eyes for those glam days.
Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this product. I am getting older and my eyes play me with fine lines and this helps blur those and it doesn't settle into them.

The cats got the Prairie Red Fraser Valley blend
Meet my Cats:
I guess let me start off by saying I own two very different cats. One (Gotham) is a little hell raiser who is only 1year old and the other (Cassi) she is 5 (we think) and a miserable grumpus who has no time to be bothered with Gotham.
Regular Diet:
Both cats regularly eat Hills Science Diet Total Dental care kibble and Chunks and gravy wet food. 1/2 cup Dry in the morning each and 1/2 can Wet in the evening each.
The Unboxing:
At first when I opened the box they ate through the bag to get at its contents so I couldn't even take a decent before shot so my hopes were high!
Introductions:
Secondly they jumped at the opportunity to "Snack" on this as a "Treat" to first PROPERLY introduce them to it...even though they chewed through the damn bag... I digress!!
Integrating it into Daily Diet:
But what I noticed after integrating it into their daily diet is they left all the little kibbles and only ate the Hills kibbles (5 times the size of the tiny kibbles) and the freezer dried meats.
As the week progressed I started to eliminate the Hills Dental kibble from the ratio and found that they would pick over the tiny kibbles and wine incisively like they were starving with a full bowl of food.
Final Thoughts:
They do eat it, but I feel that if the kibbles were larger they may enjoy it more, as each morning I am tossing left over tiny kibbles to give them fresh food.
I thought for sure that Cassi would be all over this as she seemed to prefer smaller kibbles (she's the type to chew once and leave her fall outs all over the ground) but she seemed she could take it or leave it.
I've fed Nutrience kibbles in the past to other cats and found it to be a diverse line at a reasonable price and quite enjoyable for my other cat (bless his soul) but for some reason my current cats (Gotham and Cassi) are kinda unimpressed by it.
As far as their coats, They have always been incredibly soft and full, but this is I am sure due to their previous diet so It didn't really make any difference that I can noticeably see or feel for better or worse.
As far as their energy levels go. Not particularly any change on that front either. Cassi is starting to play a little more but I think that's more to do with Gotham teaching her how to Cat. LOL.
MY Recommendations:
Nutrience has a diverse line as I mentioned, if this one isn't the right fit for your Cat, there is a good chance that they have something that will appease them. Things I always consider when looking into new foods, or brands specially for cats:
-Ash content
- Magnesium content
-Moisture
- Vet Recommended
-Vet Tested
If ever you have any questions regarding your pets food bring it to your vet for them to look over, Mine has been very patient with me when I have questions for her and she helps me with the Right questions I should ask the 800 numbers that are usually found on the packaging.
I've had a cat pass from Crystals, and it is not a pleasant experience so these things listed above are highly important to me when sourcing new food.
I hope I have been helpful!
