It held up on an average 9-5 work day at a desk job, however, afterwards while playing hockey, it simply wasn't strong enough to hold up against an hour of sweat. He will be sticking to his regular brand.

I've always been a fan of Dove's antiperspirant sticks. I've used the Advance Care Go Fresh line in Rebalance religiously for years, so I was excited to try this new stick. One of my biggest pet-peeves from the Go Fresh antiperspirant sticks were that it left a white residue on my clothing, noticeably on my black shirts, but this invisible sheet stick really lives up to its claim of being invisible. Like the Go Fresh sticks, this product is great for everyday wear to maintain freshness, however, I would never rely on this product to keep me sweat-proof from hot, humid summer days or from going to the gym. I do not think it is a product meant for heavy duty activities, hence, when it claims to have 48hr protection, I could only assume that could be the case if the person was sitting in a chair all day not moving. Otherwise, for the average person, this holds up. I would simply recommend reapplying after 6-8 hours to freshen up.

Would I call this product innovative? Heck yes! How has no other company come out with a foaming body cleanser before this is beyond me. There are foaming hand soaps, foaming facial cleansers, in-shower body washes infused with lotion, so it seemed about time a foaming body wash was set to release, and I'm in love. This is the type of product that you never knew you were missing until you've tried it. It definitely helps make the cleansing process slightly easier and with our busy schedules, when we don't have time for much, I appreciate gaining a few seconds back. You'll never need to squeeze body wash from a bottle or drop your bar soap in the shower again. I find it cleanses equally as well as the aforementioned alternatives. I don't find that it strips the moisture from my skin like some bar soaps will do. Is this product necessary? Of course not, but I would recommend it! -

I'm so happy that they decided to make this product available in Canada in the recent years. I remember when I first heard about it from bloggers but wasn't able to get my hands on it. When I was in NY, I decided to pick up a bottle and was very happy with the results. I don't always condition my hair, but when I do, I love using this product. It really leaves your hair feeling super soft, and for the price, everyone should own this product. The one and only complaint I have about this product is the scent. I am not a huge fan of it. Coconuts or ... something. I'm not sure. But, I'm able to put that aside because the product is good. I will continue to repurchase. -

While I love the Shu Uemera cleansing oil, I think that this is a great, affordable alternative if you're strapped on cash. As the name of the product implies, this cleansing oil is ultra-light, thus doesn't have the thicker consistency as brands like Shu Uemera does. Personally, that didn't affect the effectiveness of the product. It equally was able to break down a full face of makeup, and did not strip my face of moisture, etc. Perhaps, because it is ultra-light, I might use more of this product? But, it is so affordable! I always follow up cleansing oils with a second foaming cleanser using my clarisonic, regardless if I'm using Neutrogena or Shu Uemera. I have had no issues with this product breaking me out or otherwise. Overall, I highly, highly recommend this. -

This has become my favourite cleansing oil. First, the formula is very rich and not too thick or thin in consistency. The scent reminds me of tea tree oil and makes the process of taking off my makeup very relaxing. About 2 pumps will easily breakup a full-face of makeup, including waterproof mascara. After coming in contact with water, the oil emulsifies immediately into this milky texture, removing any trace of makeup. I have oily-combo skin, but I don't feel like this cleansing oil strips my skin of moisture or leaves any oil residue. I've also used this to clean my beauty blender, but it's not the most effective use of the cleansing oil since you're not able to rub away the foundation that has sunken inside the sponge. Regardless, it is a great product, and the best cleansing oil of all cleansing oils on the market. -

Warning: this product is heavily scented. Personally while trying this product, I did not feel comfortable rubbing this on my face as part of my skincare routine. Immediately after using this product every time, I would rinse my face with water, regardless of whether I intended on double cleansing or not. That issue aside, the product works pretty well. I'm able to remove the bulk of a full face of makeup, including eyeliner and mascara fairly easily (Avoid getting the actual product in your eyes and it will sting a bit). I repeat the step twice to remove any leftover makeup that wasn't picked up (I usually find that there is still 20% of makeup remaining after the first application). I use a total of 4 sides on 2 cotton rounds. In my opinion, I find repeating the two steps tedious and a waste of both product and cotton pads. Thus, it's good but not great for removing makeup in my opinion. I would much prefer using this as a morning cleanse if it was not scented. Overall, average quality, but not so effective at removing a full face of makeup as a standalone product. -

I haven't tried the much hyped ABH line of brow products, but having used this NYX one, I don't see a need. Prior to this, I was using a mix of regular brow pencils and dip brow pomades, which were all OK, but since trying the micro brow pencil, I can't stop using it. It is so small making it very easy to imitate brow hairs. The only issue I had was that I purchased mine on the NYX website, so I didn't know which colour to buy. I have black hair and ended up buying the black one, but was interested in something lighter (but didn't want to end up with a warm tone colour). Overall, I like it and will repurchase. -

I have monolids and oily skin - killer combination right? So it's pretty hard to find an eyeliner that doesn't either smudge/crease/transfer in my eyelids or rub away entirely. But after the recommendation from a friend, I picked this up and have been very pleasantly surprised. On the first day of wear, I went to the gym and totally forgot I was testing this new eyeliner out. Halfway through, when I remembered, I was so self-conscious that my sweat or oily eyelids would have transferred, and that I may have panda-eyes. Fortunately, when I got to a mirror, I realized that the eyeliner stayed put! I was so relieved! Having used it multiple times since, I really do love the formula. I don't need to use primer or anything underneath either. The only thing I've noticed is that the tails of my winged eyeliner tends to fade/rub off after 8 hours of wear, but the rest stays in tact. My only other complaint about this is that because it's not a felt-tip pen, it is fairly hard to use for beginners, etc, because there is less control. But, having said that, a bottle lasts a very long time since it doesn't dry up like felt-tip pens would. Overall, a must-try if you have the same problems. -

This is a really great high-end mascara. For me, it really separated each lash, lengthened, and then held a curl much longer than some of the other mascaras I've previously tried. Pair with a great volumizing mascara and you'll have a killer combo... +
This is a really great high-end mascara. For me, it really separated each lash, lengthened, and then held a curl much longer than some of the other mascaras I've previously tried. Pair with a great volumizing mascara and you'll have a killer combo. There's not clumping, flaking, or fallout. I give it 2 thumbs up! -
