I used these for pulling up my hairstyle for many years. I never seemed to have problems with putting them in or taking them out. They work great for my grand daughter also, she doesn't complain about any pulling especially when taking them out.

This product didn't work for me. I didn't see any changes to the appearance of my teeth. I guess that I see too many fake smiles to be a true indicator of what really is realistic.
