Hot flashes have been giving me the blues for quite awhile and it seems as if they are getting more frequent with each passing day. I decided to give Promensil a try because at this point my little fan wasn't cutting it alone. After about 2.5 weeks of consistent use I noticed my hot flashes, while not completely gone, were less frequent. I shall count that as a win.

I appreciate the daily dose is only 1 tablet and they are easy to swallow. There is no weird smell or aftertaste. I did not notice any change in my skin or nails, but the box did note most people see results in 6-8 weeks. I would definitely recommend this supplement to anyone looking for natural solutions for symptoms of perimenopause.
