I used this for a month. I was having hot flashes and night sweats. The product was easy to swallow it’s not a huge supplement, I did notice night sweats eased up a bit and I wasn’t having as many hot flashes I still get them but not as intense...   +

The product was easy to swallow it’s not a huge supplement, I did notice night sweats eased up a bit and I wasn’t having as many hot flashes I still get them but not as intense. I would recommend to try it to see if it works since everyone’s body is different.
