I take this anytime I feel like I'm getting a cold and it seems to help. There are a variety of flavors, but I've found the best is raspberry. If you can get over there "chalky" texture, it's definitely worth taking to fight those colds.

I absolutely LOVE this mascara!!!! It gives my normally short lashes that full and long look without the clumps. It's long wear is great for work, but the fact that it comes off when I want it to is a huge plus! I would definitely recommend this... +
