I wasn't to sure about these when I bought them. I had been really wanting to try a cup out, so I got these first. They looked huge when I first tried. It was a very easy insertion if you are comfortable with your body and don't mind putting your fingers in places. Sorry but true. They do need to be positioned right not to leak. I had no problems with first time use. No leaks very comfortable and you can forget about the pretty much all day. I have never come to over flowing. The only thing is removal is a little mess. If you prefer you can do in the shower or put a disposable glove on so the blood doesn't get on your hand. It does all wash off no need to be grossed out. I will never use tampons again. There's no risk of tss with cups and it's such a hassle free way to deal with a period! I will be finding a reusable very soon. -
