Tim Hortons Iced Coffee
I am a sucker for iced coffee. I'll drink it even In the dead of winter! Tim Hortons Iced Coffee is good, I wouldn't say great but it definitely hits the spot. I like it with both cream and milk (for a healthier alternative).

Old Navy Flip Flops

This is one of the first wines I ever tasted and it is still one of my favourites. It is light, refreshing, and sweet. Great summer wine but not so great to pair with many foods. More of a wine to drink on its own!

Lion's Breath is one of my favourite Yoga studios in Edmonton. Clean, friendly staff, fun events, very involved with the community and it is like a little family! They have 30 day challenges, demonstrations, courses, and events always going on. The owner Jason is extremely outgoing and kind and always willing to give advice. He also teaches some classes and they are probably the most fun ones! I would recommend this studio to anyone who is a seasoned Yogi or a beginner :) -
