It’s incredibly high in antioxidants that help support our cardiovascular health. Besides the cardiovascular benefits that can be found by taking this supplement, it’s also being studied in regard to many other possible health benefits; including anti-inflammatory properties. This has been a great addition to my daily supplements and vitamins.

As someone who is used to living life in chronic pain, I will never turn down the chance to try anything new. This cream was thick and smooth, and absorbed quickly into my skin. It didn’t leave any marks or grease on my clothes and was completely odour free. It effectively relieved some muscle pain that I was having. I also used some on my neck and shoulders after a particularly painful massage and saw good results. It worked pretty quickly and met all of the claims that it makes. I would recommend this, specifically, if you’re not a fan of the hot/cold sensation or the strong odours of the competitors. -

This MotoMaster Handheld Work Light exceeded my expectations. I have tried several different variations of handheld lights in the past, and this takes the cake! It’s magnetic, super bright, easy to recharge, and super convenient to grab and use in any of its configurations. This light also came in very handy this past week when the power went out in our home. The light was bright enough to brighten the whole room. Overall, I don’t think I have any complaints and would highly recommend purchasing this tool. -

This is a great multivitamin that treats the needs of a female body. They are caplets that slide right down, not chalky or bad tasting. I think it’s great that it’s made so naturally with extra minerals added too. Many things in these would not be found in the other mainstream brands on the market. Multivitamins often give me an upset stomach or heart burn, but I can say these didn’t do that to me. I’m excited to continue using them and see how many benefits I will see in my body. -

I was given the opportunity to try out this face and body wash by PanOxyl in exchange for an honest review. After using this product for a couple weeks I can say, it helps cleanse my skin deep in my pores. It has helped keep my skin from breaking out further and has helped to reduce any excess oil from my skin. Unfortunately for me, it was a little bit too strong for my sensitive skin to use daily. It dried out my skin and left my face feeling hot. I think that this face wash is probably a great fit for lots of people, but my skin didn't handle it very well.

Added a drizzle of the honey to my butter chicken and naan for dinner this evening. It was a delicious addition to one of my favourite meals. Not too much heat, but hot enough to notice. Good balance of sweetness against the heat of the chillies. I love that this product is made in Nova Scotia, Canada. Supporting local companies that make great products is a win win for everyone. I’m interested to try it out on some of my other go to meals and snacks.

When spending time in the garden on these hot and sunny summer days, sun protection is essential. When I was asked to try out Blue Lizard Mineral Sensitive Sunscreen I was happy to say yes. This sunscreen is also reef-friendly and safe for all skin types. I love that it blends in without leaving a white cast and doesn’t feel too heavy. Another cool feature is that the lid of the bottle turns blue when exposed to UV light.

A fantastic mouthwash without any alcohol, burning or any remaining residue in my mouth. I like the flavour of the mouthwash. I have noticed a difference in my dry mouth and bad breath. I do find the price to be a little higher than what I would like to pay for my mouthwash, but I would almost say it’s worth the extra cost. Recommend this product to anyone. -
