Omg!!!! The amount of sweat that literally fall off into a puddle around you when you take this off is unbelievable. I just started using the waist trimmer as well as the arm bands and let me tell you. This is the real deal. I’m not sure of the results if you use it without the gel, but it is recommended using the gel for the best results. Only thing I wish it was machine washable. You do have to wash by hand and air dry which seems like it’ll be annoying after wearing several times a week to the gym. We shall see -

Okay so just to start, I am a heavy bleeder. So when I saw these cups I was first in line in a matter of speaking. Like I was thinking okay I can wear this it’ll catch it and empty it and I’m done!!!! Well long story short, this product is not for me. It is so messy. And I absolutely cannot change it out in public. This is something you have to do in the shower or in your own private bathroom ( unless I was just doing it all wrong lol) and I found it To be a bit pricey, but with that being said, if it had worked for me , it would have been a good investment since it’s reusable -

This is THE BEST soap out in my opinion. It cuts through grease and a little goes a long way. It smells so fresh and again like I said it works great. Usually I would have to soak forever, but with this I can soak a pot for minutes or seconds it seems and the food is washing right off. Great stuff -

I can’t stress enough how much these erasers have saved my walls. I have three little ones who sometimes manage to miss the coloring books completely and catch the walls lol. These erasers are wonderful. They get everything off without stripping my paint. I have a flat paint on my walls so as you now as soon as you start wiping it’s gone lol. But with these erasers I don’t have to scrub so it’s not removing as much paint. -
