After trying the sample of Promensil Perimenopause supplement I did not feel or see any difference in my menopause symptoms or in my skin, hair or nails. I'm unsure if it may be because I have only taken 30 days of the supplement and I may need to take it longer to see a result. At this time I wouldn't recommend this supplement but that may change if taken for a longer period of time.

Good Moo'd 2% Reduced Fat Lactose-Free Ultra-Filtered Milk
It took me a while to find this product at the store but once I did I'm glad I was able to try it! This milk tasted amazing but different than "normal" milk! My family really enjoyed this product and we would try it again!
