Natural supplements are my go to. I really do not like taking prescription medications unless it is absolutely necessary. So, if supplements can help me, even just a little, I'm willing to give them a try first!
I am in my early 40's and my hormones seem to be all over the place. Some days I feel great, other days it is a chore just to get motivated to do much of anything. My joints hurt, my mood swings are all over the place, my weight is the highest it has ever been and the fatigue can get overwhelming at times.
Each package contains 30 tablets. The serving size is 1 tablet per day. 1 box = 1 month supply.
Typically, I tend to avoid tablets because they seem to make me queasier than any other form of supplement. To combat pesky perimenopause symptoms, I was still willing to give them a try!
I didn't detect any unpleasant smell or taste. For tablets, they were still easy to swallow and didn't feel like they were getting stuck in my throat.
I like the combination of vitamins that are included in this supplement. (red clover extract, passionflower, biotin, and vitamin D) Red clover extract is well known for its hormone support benefits.
When I first started taking these, they did make me a little queasy. Over time, that seemed to gradually reduce.
It's been one month since I started taking these. No noticeable results yet but I will continue taking them as I know it can be weeks, if not months, before you start seeing results. It even says right on the package that it may take 6-8 weeks to see results. So, if you are looking for a quick fix, this definitely isn't it!

I am always on the lookout for ways to increase my daily vitamin C intake. I am out and about for work often and interact with the public A LOT! There are always so many germs and sick people everywhere I go so keeping myself as healthy as possible is a MUST!
The taste of these is going to be subjective as not everyone enjoys elderberry. Personally, I wouldn't describe them as great tasting. However, they aren't necessarily bad either. They are kind of like a more earthy blackberry - tart and slightly bitter.
The serving size is 3 gummies which is 660% of your daily value of vitamin C - perfect for flu season!
The texture is somewhat firm and chewy. I think I would have preferred them to be a little softer and easier to chew.
Upon arrival, the gummies were in perfect condition, not clumped together into one giant sticky blob.
The biggest negative for me is the fact that they contain 5g of sugar alcohols per serving. My digestive system does NOT handle sugar alcohols well. It can cause bloating, gas, and even diarrhea. Unfortunately, these did occasionally cause some digestive issues for me, mainly bloating and gas. So, for me personally, I probably wouldn't choose these again. However, for those without sensitivities to sugar alcohols, they are definitely a more convenient way to load up on vitamin C!

Thankfully, I wasn't experiencing horrific menopause symptoms but even mild symptoms are bothersome. I am always up for trying something new, especially if it can prevent me from having to take a prescription medication/treatment. Even if the results are minimal, if there is noticeable improvement, I'm in!
The once a day tablets couldn't be easier to take. They are average in size and fairly easy to swallow.
A lot of new supplements cause me to experience nausea, diarrhea or other digestive discomfort. I have a VERY sensitive system. These didn't bother me. I didn't experience any pain, nausea, or ahem... unwanted bathroom changes.
I was most excited to see how red clover worked to combat my symptoms. It is known to mimic estrogen and reduce hot flashes. I have also read that it has many other benefits such as cholesterol reduction, arthritis support, bone health, etc.
I have been taking this product for around a month. I know it says that you need to take it for a full 6-8 weeks to see results but I do feel like I have noticed some changes already. My mood has improved, I have been sleeping better and I just seem more motivated/ready to tackle the day. I don't have that sluggish, dragging around feeling that I did before. I haven't been experiencing the wonky highs and lows that I was. (crying one minute, angry the next, then happy again) Night time was just awful for me. I was restless, constantly tossing and turning, occasional night sweats that would leave me and my sheets drenched. Those seem to have reduced.
If this continues, it truly will be a life changer!

This game is great for those that love dishing on celebrity gossip and consume a lot of celebrity news based media. If you know a lot about celebrities, TV shows, movies, etc, this should be right up your alley! For those that aren't that familiar with all of that, it won't be much fun. We played the game with 6 adults and it was even difficult for some of us. I don't follow celebrity news like I used to so I wasn't sure how much of an asset I would be on the team. Surprisingly, I was one of the better players! You don't have to know everything there is to know about celebrities but you definitely need a good knowledge of them. The game is fun the first few times but after awhile, the players that have already played the game have an unfair advantage. You have gone through the cards several times and you can remember some of the answers. Still a fun party game and perfect for any celebrity gossip lovers! -

I have two sons, ages 8 and 4, and they both LOVED playing with this playset. My 8 year old son already owns a few of the Monster Jam trucks so this was absolutely perfect!!! He now has them stored on top of the hauler because he says they look really cool, better than just tossed in a toy box.
The transforming hauler is big, impressive, and "so cool looking!!!!" Those were my son's exact words. When he first saw the toy, his eyes lit up and he said, "Man, that is SO COOL!!!!!" He opened the package, put together the ramps, and got his other Monster Jam trucks so that him and his brother could race them. Since there are two ramps intended for racing, I think it would have made more sense for the playset to come with two Monster Jam trucks but that is just my opinion.
Assembly isn't difficult at all. My 8 year old is able to do it himself without any issues.
I think their favorite part is setting up the barrels and crashing into them! It's just something about setting something up, all lined up and perfect looking, and then destroying it!!!! LOL They have done this over and over again, using different Monster Jam trucks to race, and get such a kick out of it every time.
Overall, we thought this was a great playset. It would make a great gift for any Monster Jam loving child! Even the child doesn't already own any of the trucks, you could still easily gift this playset, maybe even with an additional truck so that the child could race with a friend or sibling. Such a fun toy and one that is sure to get a lot of play action! (at least in my household!)

While I tend to prefer gummies or tablets due to the general bad taste of most syrups, I have to say that this one wasn't bad at all! The flavor was actually very good! The general consensus in our house was that the kids definitely preferred the gummies but they didn't HATE the taste of the syrup. It just feels more "mediciney" to them. I love that this syrup helps boost our immune systems without any artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or gluten. Cold and flu season is right around the corner so keeping my family protected is a top priority! -

They ARE sweet but to me, they just have a natural sweetness. I could really taste the date paste. I thought it gave the cookies a wonderful, unique flavor! For anyone on a gluten free diet, these would be perfect. The cookies are a bit on the small side and have a dense texture. (they don't look like they do in the picture, they are more chubby and round, LOL!) They are soft but remind me of the texture of oatmeal cookies. I am interested in trying the other flavors for sure as I was quite happy with these. -

I am a big salty snack lover so was excited to try these. I love snacking on something salty while sitting down to enjoy my favorite movie or TV show. Unfortunately, if choosing something unhealthy, I can lose track of how much I am eating and truly pig out! :-O I love that these are healthier than chips. (quite a bit healthier actually!) The serving size is very generous! I really liked the taste and texture. The chips were SUPER light, airy, and crispy. The garlic parmesan flavor was just right - not too strong or overpowering. Sometimes these types of products are flavorless but that definitely wasn't the case with this one. I really enjoyed them! -
