This is a very no-nonsense, basic saline nasal spray. I suffer from seasonal allergies and was hoping for some relief, but this spray did not deliver much of that. There were no clear instructions on how to use it or for how long I was supposed to use it, so I couldn't be sure what results I'm supposed to achieve with this nasal spray. Whatever the nasal spray is supposed to be for, it did not deliver a refreshing sensation or a period of clear breathing.    -
