The flavour is a very nice fruity berry taste and it’s very easy to chew. For me it’s a really great way to boost the immunity during the cold season! My only concern is it contains sugar so if you are aware of your blood sugar you need to make sure you are not taking too much sugar in a day. But in all it’s a really nice way to get some extra support of the vitamins! Thank you Butterly for the great opportunity to try this wonderful product!
