I never heard of this cheese before until few months ago it came out in a family conversation and few days later I stumbled upon it at the supermarket while on offer. OMG what an absolute revelation! I love cheese and I have no clue how I managed to get by without this in my life. I could eat this cheese all day long. It's great as an addition to a charcuterie board or just spread on a freshly toasted bagel. That's dinner sorted. -
