AOK IS A RIP OFF!! Stay away from this place!! If I have learned one thing, it is to never ever join a gym owned by a fat man. *** The school offers heart pounding workouts that burn 800 calories in an hour!! But they do not deliver, not even close. While the instructors are very nice people, they are too inexperienced, untrained and disorganized to offer anything close to the service they claim. The classes are all taught off the cuff. There is no preparation, planning or system to it. The bodies are rarely even full body. It really comes down to what the teachers feel like doing that day. Half the sweat you leave with is just due to the stuffiness of the room. This place is a completely shady waste of money. DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO SIGNING ANYTHING!
