I use a ton of moisturizers and Aveeno is one of the best. It simply does what it's supposed to do - namely, giving long-lasting moisture to the skin without making it look/feel greasy. The price is a bit on the high side for a moisturizer, but a small quantity seems to get a longer way compared to some of the cheaper brands. I also like that there are no artifical perfumes in this one, so i can use it and then spray on my favorite perfume without getting the fragrances mixed. -

I am not giving this product a perfect Five-Stars because I am still getting used to applying it. It takes me 2 minutes to apply a pencil eye-liner, but I spent 25 minutes with this gel eyeliner and a bunch of tissues last saturday night. I am fully aware that the problem comes from me and my slightly trembling hand, but the gel dries up so quickly that if I make a mistake, the gel would have dried up (mistake and all) before I have reached out for the Q-tips. Besides that, it's a wonderful eye-liner! It stays on for a loooong time (compared to the pencil eyeliners that seem to get smudged, wiped out or magically disappear within a couple of hours). It's quality is very high and my friends tell me that the container lasts a long time, so I am willing to overlook the high price for the eyeliner brush, If only I learn how to apply it... -

It's a good self-tanner for the price. It works well on my legs, but I am not sure it's the best product for the entire body. There is a strange smell about it that does not go away for at least an hour and it also takes quite a long time to absorb into the skin. I usually use it when I know that I will go out at night and want to wear a skirt. I put it on in the morning, walk around before I get dressed to make sure that it's all absorbed (and that the smell goes away) and by the evening I have a nice even tan. One note: I have tried both the self-tanners: for light-medium and medium-dark skin. I have relatively fair skin but the medium-dark skin one worked way better for me. It's not overly dark and doesn't have the slight orange hue that the light-medium one does. -

What drew me to this product is the fact that it has organic ingredients. I find the whole line of products very eye-catching with it's simplicity, so I decided to give it a try starting with the facial wash. The Yes to Tomatoes facial wash is designed for combination/oily skin types and it does clean up the extra oil, but I don't find it very effective against blackheads/breakouts. It's a nice facial wash, don't get me wrong, but at the end of a busy day in the city, I need something to get rid of all the dirt and make-up at one go.
For me Yet to Tomatoes works best if I have used cleansing pads or something else beforehand, because I find it's not enough by itself. Still, given the organic ingredients, I might try the other products from the same line.

Three weeks ago, when I got back from an over 14-hour flight, I went straight to the store to find a facial cleanser to get rid of the layers of dust and oil on my face. Thankfully, I stumbled upon the Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub and I have been using it at least once daily since. I have a combination, not very sensitive skin, so I usually go for products that are a bit stronger (products that are way too gentle or scrubs that are way too fine just don't do the job for me). But Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub seems to be strong enough to clean out my blackheads and make my skin feel fresh throughout the day. I wouldn't say it is the most amazing product I've ever used, but I am thinking of getting another bottle once I am done with this one. -
