Laundry — Toss a few drops in with a load to freshen up musty towels or gym clothes. Nail Care — Apply diluted to nails to keep them clean and healthy. Quick tip: Always mix with a carrier oil like coconut or almond oil before putting it on your skin, and keep it away from pets and kids. The cooking time was a bit too long so there wasn't ask much cheese pull as he likes but he really enjoyed. I also like that it's a snack he can make himself in the airfryer easily. I liked the flavour as well noting that it would be an equal replacement for our usual dairy brand. -

I wasn't sure if Welliva would work, but I'm really glad I tried it.
I started taking it because I was dealing with hot flashes, mood swings, and that fuzzy, forgetful feeling in my head. All of it was affecting my daily life more than I wanted to admit.
After a few weeks, I started to feel better. The hot flashes are still there sometimes, but they're not as bad or as often. My mood feels more stable — I'm not as snappy or stressed out. And my head just feels clearer. I feel more like me again.
It's not an overnight fix — you do need to give it some time. But once it kicked in, the difference was real.
If you're going through menopause and looking for something to help take the edge off, I'd say give Welliva a try. It's been worth it for me.
