Between the work holiday parties, and the family events, and trying to wrap up Christmas shopping, sometimes it's hard to be sure I'm getting all the nutrients my body needs. That's why I'm so glad that Butterly and Swiss Naturals sent me Total One Multi Vitamin and Mineral to try. This formula is optimized for women under 50 and includes vitamin D, which is great when there is no sun to be found and iron & B vitamins to help boost my energy levels on these dark, dreary winter days. -

I am always looking for new, non-alcoholic, and refreshing beverage options so I was super excited to be sent some from Gingerbug to try. If you like ginger, you'll want to give this a try. With a *spicy* option for those who like more kick and a "dry" low sugar (but still very tasty) option as well. My favourite was the original Smooth Ginger beer. With half the calories and sugar of typical ginger sodas, plus plant-based prebiotics, Gingerbug is a great choice!

I was sent this beautiful pink tumbler to test by Butterly and Contigo, and it came just in time for Toronto to be in a heatwave. This tumbler is double walled to keep your beverage of choice nice and cold, and it's large handle makes it easy to take with you on walks. I love the straw which makes walking and sipping easier, but when you take the straw out and snap the lid shut it's leakproof, so you can toss it in your bag without worrying about spills. This is gearing up to be a super hot week, so it showed up just in time to help keep me cool and hydrated. -

As a lover of the outdoors, I was excited to try Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral SPF Spray. I love spray sunscreens as they make it easy to get to to hard to reach areas and it's fast and easy to apply. The sunscreen absorbs quickly and is non-greasy, but also doesn't irritate skin like some others can. I also love that it has no harsh scents.

I was sent the Catelli Protein+ Elbow pasta by Butterly to try in exchange for my honest review. We used it to make a classic dish - "Macaroni & Cheese". The taste of the pasta was on-par with "regular" pasta that we buy and my partner could not tell the difference between this and other brands. Love that it is high in protein which means you need less to feel full, and we got a lot of servings out of the one box.

I was gifted this product by Catelli in exchange for my honest review. As an Italian I love my pasta, and as a gym-rat I'm always looking for ways to get more protein into my diet. This product is the perfect combination of both - the taste and texture were similar to other spaghettis I have used. I tried it with just a sprinkle of salt and a drizzle of olive oil and it was absolutely delicious.

When Butterfly offered to send me Listerine Total Care Alcohol Free mouthwash to test and review, I was thrilled because, if I'm being completely honest, this is a product I already use, so I knew I'd like it. And they even sent my preferred flavour "Mild Mint".
I switched to Listerine ZERO a few years ago, at the recommendation of my dentist. Many people choose alcohol free mouthwash because it has a milder taste than other types, however, it was suggested I make the switch because it's not harsh and drying on my teeth and gums, plus the mild taste means I can swish it for longer.
Listerne ZERO still has all of the same benefits of regular Listerine including:
Helps prevent bad breath
Prevents and reduces plaque and cavities
Reduces gingivitis
Strengthens tooth enamel
and
Helps keep teeth white

I was recently sent Urban Decay's All Nighter Setting Spray for free, in exchange for sharing my honest review. This spray is designed to keep makeup in place for up to 16 hours, and is waterproof, and smudge and transfer resistant. I tested it out by doing a few makeup swatches on my arm and it definitely passed the test. Also, it has a great cooling feel when sprayed on the face, making it great for these hot sweaty summer days.

I love how easily this lotion absorbs into my skin, without leaving it feeling greasy. It has Shea butter for the ultimate in moisturizing, and is great for sensitive skin.
