My little dude and I are totally obsessed with the baby products that Butterly and Aveeno sent us to review!
Firstly I've trusted Aveeno for my own skincare needs, so it was a no-brainer to turn to them when my son developed some eczema spots. Aveeno cleared that right up, so I had high hopes for this coconut line.
Daily Moisturizing Wash & Shampoo Coconut Scented & Shea Butter:
🥥 the smell is like a tropical vacation in a bottle, and it's gentle on my little man's skin
🥥 I try to avoid getting it in his eyes, but when it inevitably happens (thanks, squirmy toddler!), it doesn't cause any tears or tantrums
Overall, I can't recommend these products enough. Both are PH-balanced, gentle on baby's skin, and free of parabens, phthalates, sulphates and dyes.
Plus, that sweet, sweet coconut scent with just a hint of vanilla undertone. It's like the beach and a freshly baked cookie had a baby - and that baby is my baby. I can't get enough of how delicious he smells after his bath.
Thanks, Aveeno and Butterly, for making our bath and bedtime routine even more delightful - and for sparing us any more baby tantrums!

Firstly I've trusted Aveeno for my own skincare needs, so it was a no-brainer to turn to them when my son developed some eczema spots. Aveeno cleared that right up, so I had high hopes for this coconut line.
🥥 the moisturizer is just as amazing in scent. I mean, come on - who doesn't want their baby to smell as sweet as a coconut?
🥥 It hydrates his skin without leaving any gross greasy residue, and it makes him feel as soft as a baby should feel
Overall, I can't recommend these products enough. Both are PH-balanced, gentle on baby's skin, and free of parabens, phthalates, sulphates and dyes.

My Thoughts:
🔆 I don't know what it is, but firstly I like the packaging. Simple and pretty to even have sitting out
🔆 sage and eucalyptus is an interesting scent but I like it, and I think the smell does evoke freshness
⭕ now, I didn't find this to be 24h odour control. And most days, I'm not particularly active. I did find this to last most of my day, so I wasn't worried about smelling bad in public but by 12hs, I did have a slight BO smell
🔆 based on my experience, I wouldn't trust this for any type of physical activity. But for every day it's fine. And one of the better natural deodorants I've used. Most I've tried didn't pass the 2hour mark

🦷 I have sensitive teeth with some toothpaste, and I’m happy to say this was great. I didn’t have any sensitivity at all
🦷 I like that this has many elements to it, making this work double-duty while keeping my smile white
🦷 I am a coffee drinker and will brush my teeth after my first cup, and my husband is happy to note that this does remove my coffee breath completely

🔆 I think this is an excellent combination of ingredients. We have our Salicylic Acid, Vitamin C, and Q10, along with aloe, green and white tea to soothe

🔆 I enjoyed this product, and I must admit it wasn’t what I expected. It didn’t strip my skin. I noticed while using it that there was no new acne, and the smell was pretty mild and not essential oily
