While others in my family have suffered from back aches, I have not in all my 71 years; however, helping my daughter move to a new house broke that spell. Moving boxes, shifting furniture and generally doing more in one day than I usually do in a week gave me a nagging back ache. So, I purchased this on the advice of my pharmacist and he was right. I certainly got relief. I carefully followed the package directions that "aging skin" (over 55) should be protected by wearing the patch over a tee shirt since the deep and profound heat may burn my aging skin. The heat felt wonderful, lasted a long time and by the next day, I was totally back to my normal "never any back pain". -

I received a free sample and then went in search of buying a supply immediately after trying for a couple of days. I began feeling "down" from a raging cold and went back to my childhood in order to feel better. Out came the Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup package, mixed in some water as suggested, brought it to a boil (while I hung my head over the steaming soup) and then enjoyed, thoroughly enjoyed this simple but effective lunch. The soup was as tasty as I remembered and it made me feel better as I remembered - love it! Who doesn't? -

I normally don't wear too many scented items since I sing in a few choirs so am always happy when I get the chance to use something. I absolutely felt fresh and light using this mist. Not at all overpowering and had several people inquire as to what I was wearing. -
