I would not recommend it, however the coverage is pretty good but it looked pretty cakey on me. When I used it I didn't have a stippling brush but after getting on it definitely helped with my cakey problem for foundations.
I dont have this foundation anymore so don't know if a stippling brush will help, but I do not like this product.

Too Faced Natural Eye Neutral Eye Shadow Collection
I love love love this. Got this as a bday present and I love this, pretty much use this everyday and love the pigmentation and colour of all the eye shadows. Will definitely repurchase this when I run out.

The price is average drug store price for foundation, but I'd say the quality is greattt. It goes on smooth, excellent coverage, covers fine line and pores because of the satiny smooth feeling. Only down side: it smudges and comes off... +

It goes on smooth, excellent coverage, covers fine line and pores because of the satiny smooth feeling.
Only down side: it smudges and comes off easily. Because it is so smooth and silky and mousse-like it does rub off easily. It can be helped by putting on a HD powder on top, but still doesn't stay put like my other foundations.
Overall because of the coverage and non cakey look I will recommend it.
