I only use mineral sunscreens and this is the best budget friendly moisturizer with built in SPF I’ve tried. Because it’s mineral there is a slight white cast, but I find it goes away after settling on my skin. My skin looks greasy easily with any “glowy” product, so I appreciate how this tones that for me significantly.

The panoxyl did the trick - it’s effective, but not drying, because it’s alcohol free (hard to find in most affordable toners!). I only use it on my forehead, nose, and chin, as that’s where I break out. It’s too strong to use around the eyes for sure, so apply wisely.

Finally a clean, light moisturizer that works for combination skin! I have an oily t zone and sensitive/dry cheeks, and this is the first affordable moisturizer that actually balances everything out. It gives me a subtle glow all-over and is SO light on the skin - it doesn’t feel like it’s sitting on top all day, which is huge for me. I thought I was a Cetaphil snob but I honestly like this better. I got to try this as a sample, but I plan on purchasing more once I run out! -

I was so excited to receive this cleansing tool in exchange for my honest review. It worked perfectly the first time - super gentle and made a luxurious foam out of my cleanser. I also love the rechargeable battery to be more eco friendly. Unfortunately, I could not get it to turn off for the life of me - the light indicator would go off, but the vibrations never stopped. I tried everything - including busting open the electrical myself - but couldn’t get it to turn off. I sadly had to throw it out :(

I was thrilled to try the age renewal aveeno line (product provided for free in exchange for my honest review). I used the serum with the eye cream for a few weeks now, alongside my other skincare, and my skin definitely looks more even toned and smooth.
The formulation is light and blends in easily, so a little goes a long way. I never experienced greasiness or spots even though other moisture-focused products sometimes give me oily skin or make me breakout. The serum didn’t pill when layered with other products - it sinks in pretty quick! I think this is a must have for girlies living in harsh winter climates. I’m on the last bit of the serum and want to try the moisturizer next to get through the last few weeks of freezing temps!

I was so excited to try the new aveeno line (product provided for free in exchange for my honest review). I’ve relied on their body lotion for years to get me through the Canadian winter, and loved adding their age renewal serum and eye cream to my routine. I used these for a month straight alongside my other skincare, and I’m very pleased with the results.
The formulations are super light and blend in easily. I never experienced greasiness despite having oily skin. They also never pilled when layered under other creams. I discovered that the eye cream works best cold for me - there’s no caffeine to depuff, but the temperature really helped. I don’t have particularly sensitive skin but it does get wind burnt easily in winter - this serum helped me retain moisture WAY better than usual to avoid redness and irritation. I had the best results when paired with a solid moisturizer - the serum is too light on its own for me (which I expected). I’m starting to run low and plan on buying more to last out the rest of the winter!
