NEUTROGENA® Hydro Boost Gel Cream
I really enjoyed this moisturizer as it provided enough hydration and moisture for my skin but without the heavy cream feeling. It does exactly what I expected from a gel cream moisturizer. I would recommend this product.

Totally up to par with the Essie standard. Perfect colour to use on a summer day or as an accent colour with other neutrals. Quality is great and it lasts for days for me.
